The location is excellent, with easy access to free parking. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are spotless, and I appreciated having a kettle along with tea and coffee facilities. There’s also a hair dryer provided in the room. While the bar isn’t open all the time and there’s no restaurant on-site, I found the reception staff more than willing to lend me a couple of wine glasses for our room. Just a short walk to the left as you exit the hotel, about 0.2 miles down the road, there’s a lovely bar and restaurant in a holiday camp that welcomes visitors. Additionally, a mile away is the fantastic Ley Arms pub, which serves delicious food and is definitely worth checking out. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, and the bed was spacious and incredibly comfortable.
We had a wonderful stay in a spacious, clean, and cozy room. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Since we arrived after reception hours, we did a phone check-in, and they walked me through the process step by step, ensuring I had everything I needed to access my room without any hassle. The room itself was lovely, with ample space and comfort. The lamps were a delightful touch, and I loved being able to change the color of the bedside lamp, which created a really inviting atmosphere.
