What an incredible hotel! The staff were so attentive and friendly, truly going above and beyond to make our stay special. They surprised us by decorating the room for my boyfriend's birthday at no extra charge, which was such a delightful touch. The rooms are spotless, modern, and super comfy. The location is perfect, right in the city center, and it only took us about 25 minutes to drive to Exmouth beach. Plus, the train station is just across the street, making it easy to catch a train to the beach as well. We parked at the train station for just £7 a day. A huge thank you to all the staff for making our stay so memorable!

Great location close to the train station and within walking distance of our destinations. The room was cozy and spotless, and the building itself was stunning. Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly accommodating. I was able to drop off my overnight bag before checking in later that day. The breakfast was delightful. This was my first stay here; I usually opt for Premier Inns for one-night trips. My visit was last minute due to my dad passing away about a week ago, and my brother and I needed to be at his property. We discovered your hotel online through booking.com, and my husband had previously stayed at one and had a great experience.
