I spent the night here for my birthday with my son, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! They were incredibly accommodating and provided us with a lovely room that had an extra bed. To my surprise, they even decorated the bed with a beautiful happy birthday design, which was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture. The beds were super comfy, and the room was not only beautiful but also spotless. All the staff were wonderful and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. It was the perfect way to celebrate my birthday—thank you so much! :)
My entire stay was fantastic! The reception team was absolutely amazing; the woman at the front desk was such a joy to talk to—I could have easily spent the whole afternoon chatting with her. She truly was a wonderful person. After all, the reception area is your first impression, and it was lovely and elegant, especially with that beautiful staircase. My room was a junior suite, just as I had hoped for, and it was simply outstanding—I couldn't find a single thing to complain about. I paid for a luxury hotel, and that’s exactly what I received!
