The new owner has recently taken over the hotel, and while it could use a little love in some areas, they are in the process of refurbishing it. I can already tell it’s going to look stunning once it’s all done. It was just what we needed for our stay. Sadly, we had a family member who was quite ill in the hospital, but the staff were incredible; they went above and beyond to help us. My sister and I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. We will certainly be back again!
The room had a noticeable smell of smoke. There was a thick layer of dust on the TV unit that you could practically write your name in. We only had one pillow each with no extras available. Additionally, there was just one bath towel and one hand towel for two people. I tried reaching out via phone and text about these issues but didn’t get a response. The reception didn’t mention anything about dinner options or the bar either, and there were no signs to guide us.
