Dharmatala Kolkata is a storehouse of history of Kolkata due to the many phases it has come down over the centuries. It was spelt differently previously but now it is Dharmatala Kolkata only. It is situated in the central Kolkata and it was rechristened as Lenin Sarani, yet a huge area about this place is referred to as Dharmatala Kolkata.
