The location is great, a park near to walk, 7eleven, circle k open 24h/7. Local coffee shops and Annam gourmet nearby which is perfect for snacks and coffee. Coffee downstairs and breakfasts too. The wifi is ok. Improvements should be slippers in the bathrooms, teapot in all rooms. The bathrooms are a little old.
