Absolutely amazing staff and customer service. I arrived very early at 6 AM and my reservation was not till 3 PM as a result of a nasty hotel room. I came early and he was very generous to let me in and accommodate to me and he took great care of my friend and I the whole time we were there. I absolutely recommend this hotel. The rooms were clean and he was very kind. A lot of places to eat in walking distance.
This was a FANTASTIC property! Centrally located as well. Restaurants galore within walking distance & the room was clean, comfortable and nice! The owner Nils is an absolute consummate PROFESSIONAL! He took care of an issue for a long while the first day that was NOT his or the property's fault and made everything ok! If you're ever in Valdosta Ga, stay here as you are cradled with care!
