This was my first OYO stay and I cannot say that I wasn't skeptical, but ended up pleasantly surprised and definitely will stay here again! The location is less than 30 mins from Winstar, was very clean, had cool air, a comfy bed, microwave, mini fridge and small coffee maker. Check in went smooth. The place is run by husband and wife team Sam and Henna, who were very pleasant and operate as both the management, and housekeeping staff, so please allow them some grace with their multitasking. People complained about the highway, but as a few folks have mentioned, it did not bother me because the A/C masked the noise. Oh, there is also a Dollar General, and a Valero gas station that hosts Krispy krunchy Chicken and a Pizza place, all of which are within walking distance.
I had a great stay at OYO Hotel Valley View TX, I-35. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the bed was very soft and restful. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and check-in was smooth. I also appreciated the convenient location and the overall value for money. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, comfortable stay.
