It's an real old building, needs lots of repairs. Some of the people that stay and hang around are a bit questionable. The smell of marijuana seems to be everywhere. But overall it was a pleasant stay. The people at the front desk were nice and helpful. And it's only 25 minutes from the beach.
The good thing about this place is that there is a lot of demons that stay there, so if you wish to see demons and study them., Then that's the place to be.
