I loved the family that runs this place. I stayed here for a few months while working in the area and they took pretty good care of me as well as my family when I later brought them up to the area. They were very respectful, nice, and understanding. The oyo doesn't do monthly rates, but they made the extension process pretty smooth and always tried to make sure I got the best deal they could give. Now, you may see some shady folks from time to time, but they never bothered me or mine and were keeping to themselves so I didn't mind them. The room was pretty nice especially for the price. Bed was comfy, water was hot, and plenty of room. The only negative I can think of in any way is their parking lot. It's a little small and with all the other guests that were there for work, it was always packed. It's L shaped with only one exit/entrance at the top of the L, so it can get kind of tricky sometimes. I will say, if I have to go back to that area, I know I would be staying here again for sure!
I was a bit skeptical coming here after reading the reviews. I went on ahead anyway and gave it a chance. When I got here I was greeted with the nicest man and he was so helpful. He told me if I had any problems or issues to come to the office and they will take care of it. I walked in my room and it was spotless. Everything was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I'm a pretty particular person and for the price...I was 100% satisfied with this place and would recommend it to anyone.
