Feels more like log cabin vibes rather than a motel. Place was clean. Service was good. The person who owns the place was very sweet helping all the stuck cars this morning get unstuck from the snow(including us). Overall I think its a good stay if you need a place to crash. There are surprisingly alot of complaints, i dont think people realize this is a $50-$70 a night motel, not a luxury retreat, it was good for the price.
This place is actually not far off exit 26 off I22. Its the most reasonably priced hotel in area from what I could tell. Basic amenities but clean and seems to be working on remodel on some of the rooms. My bathroom looked to be recently re done. Staff was friendly and only about 7 minute drive to most the chain restaurants and Walmart. Id stay again in the future. Thanks for a pleasant stay.
