This is a good motel .When I called the office for details and prices they have excellent prices for weeks stay.Motel was exceptionally clean no mold smell in hallways leading to rooms.Theyhave ice machines,room service exceptional clean lobby elevators and lobby and rooms bathrooms etc.Great great safe location next to gas station and little rock air force base front entrance road and next to Starbucks,Walmart ,first Arkansas Bank and trust Walmart supercenter and hair salon and many fast food restaurants.I rate this motel a 10 for location , safety and friendliness of staff and people in this local area.no carpet on floor made the cleanliness exceptional well and floor was very clean and no strong mold smells in room.I stayed here while they were painting my apartment.The bed was extremely comfortable.The bathtub was super clean with no stains in bathroom or bathtub.They have grabbar handrails in bathtub.The front desk person showed me 2 available rooms before I decided to purchase.They above and beyond to help me.They have have handicapped ramp to side entrance door that leads directly to Exceptionally clean elevator.
I always stay here when I either have someone doing a service at my house.... plumbing, HVAC, etc.....or perhaps a houseguest I prefer to avoid (brother in law? 🤭) I'm a weirdo and I get a little on edge when someone I don't necessarily WANT in my space is in my space. So obviously, living less than ten minutes away, I'm not about to pay for an over the top Hilton...so I go here and I'm able to check in early and it's quiet and the rooms (although very basic) are more than sufficient. Now if you're looking for excessive amenities, you're not going to find them here, but you're definitely going to find an affordable, safe, and generally speaking clean hotel. The only thing that I wish they had is a pool, but like I said I'm not going on vacation; I'm just going to avoid the world. 🙃
