I feel people complain WAY to much these days when if they would take a moment to reflect the situation at the time they are complaining 95% of the time people in the service industry are just doing their job and its you that thinks the rules don't apply to you. I just went thru such an incident thinking the rules shouldn't apply to me because of the awful situation I was going through. But the rules in life do apply to everyone SO own up man and stop taking it out on the service industry cause their just doing their job. So to the gentleman that was working the counter on 5/5/24 at the OYO Hotel in Irving Tx, I don't know your name but I apologize for my actions, you were just doing your job, you never lost your cool with me or wavered from the rules and that says alot about you. Thank you for the BEAUTIFUL room. Atona W.
This hotel is okay but the one on 183 in South Irving is horrible I would not recommend anybody go there they don't know what they're doing they're dirty they're rude I have never been treated the way I was treated there anywhere else but yes the DFW hotel in North Irving is pretty good as far as discount hotels go this company does have great coupons on their app and the rooms are very very affordable
