I what to know if a person that is handicapped and cannot climb stairs and how do y'all handicap get up to it. I had asked for a handicap room and the Clark had one for me but I could not climb stairs but she helped me out and got me one on the bottom floor but it was not a handicap room that's the only complaint I have staying with y'all . I see on my checking account that y'all charge me $6 and Iwas wanting to know why.
The front desk gentleman C. Patel, was very polite during check-in and offered me a king bed since I paid for 2 queens, being solo. Housekeeping came everyday and freshened whatever was needed. The room was completely remodeled with new floors, TV, bed, and other room decor. When reading other reviews it makes me wonder why people complain instead of treating the workers with respect and they will accommodate. I will recommend and be back.
