A damage deposit of US$150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within at the time of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card subject to an inspection of the property.

Minimum Check-in Age: 18 years(Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian)

Early check-in/Late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Emotional support pets are chargeable (only Service animals are exempt from fees)

Children 14 years and above will be charged as adults.

To check-in, guests will need to present valid identification at the hotel. These include Driver's licenses or other state photo identity cards issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles (or equivalent), government-issued passports, US government-issued IDs if driver's license is not available. A credit card, debit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges. For properties offering self check-in, ID verification will be completed digitally as part of the check-in process prior to arrival.
