Upon arrival, we were given a room at the back of the room. Upon entering, we were greeted by a strong smell of paint. The air conditioning didn't feel cold; it was rather humid. There was no coffee maker, and we didn't see an iron. The worst part was finding bugs that looked like bed bugs on the bed, and upon inspecting the room, we found more. We reported this, and the receptionist (who was very friendly throughout) told us that the only room she could offer us was one with a king-size bed (and we are two adults and two children). She gave us the option of moving to a room with two single beds the following day. The room in question was indeed very clean and cool. We decided to stay there for both nights. That said, the staff was very, very friendly at all times. A neighbor gave us good reviews of the hotel, having visited it many times, so perhaps we just had bad luck. Un vecino de habitación nos Dios buenas reseñas del hotel el cual muchas veces ha visitado, así que tal vez a nosotros nos tocó mala "suerte"
