Want to recognize the Hotel Manager R. Smith for the outstanding level of professionalism, compassion, and care brought to the role. From the moment I interacted with Ms Smith it was clear that they go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and supported. They were not only accommodating but truly compassionate in how they handled my situation making sure every detail was taken care of without hesitation.
General Manager Robbin Smith is truly amazing just as like Marian and Zian, the new guy has an amazing personality. They ensures guests feel at home, makes certain the rooms are impeccably clean, and provides all the necessary amenities. The pleasant scent of the hallways is a noticeable bonus. And they provide delicious coffee. I highly recommend booking a stay here.
