The mgr at the desk when I arrived was super helpful and friendly. Although I arrived at 8 am when check in was 1 to 3 he allowed me in a room. They had noted on our info that my husband was in surgery. It was pretty cold that early and I was so relieved. I had a warm comfortable place to wait for the hospital to call me to pick him up. He continued thru the day to be very helpful and so friendly.
My experience so far, has been great, great support from management team, and maintenance dept. For a long term stay and just passing through, this place is a good choice. I really like in how I can order in or cook in my room, or just go out. It quite and clean, and so far I been pleased. I do however, don't like paying more for the higher speed internet, this should be included, with the monthly rent.
