The staff are great , it’s a couple staff who have been here since i checked in a couple years ago and the overnight guy Shawne he’s always available and knows the property well and will assist you even if it’s just in conversation because you’re down like I was a couple months ago and he stayed after his shift to listen him and the General manager of the company before studio 6 took over they were all nice.
I booked a reservation here through Expedia. When I arrived, the fine gentleman at the front desk told me that there were not any clean rooms. As such, after raising the issue with Expedia, my reservation was transferred to the nearby DoubleTree without any difficulty or extra charge. I am exceptionally grateful for Expedia's customer support and this hotel's lack of clean rooms as I was able to stay at a DoubleTree for a Motel 6 price!!
