I would give this hotel 5 stars if it weren't for my experience with the rest of the staff and management. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of Karina. During my stay two weeks ago, my room had a faulty door and the bathtub wasn't working properly. When I needed to extend my stay, management simply told us nothing could be fixed until the next day. Before leaving, I spoke with Karina, who immediately apologized, found my wife and me another room, and made sure everything was in working order. She also quickly arranged for pots and pans to be delivered to our room. Her professionalism, hospitality, and willingness to resolve issues were exceptional. I recently reached out because I wanted to book another stay and hoped Karina could once again make sure everything was in order, only to learn that she has permanently left. She truly went above and beyond and handled situations with the care and professionalism of a manager. Her absence is a real loss for the hotel.
