A Rare Find: Exceptional Service, Safety, and Genuine Care I have been staying at this property for nearly a month, and as a property investor and entrepreneur myself, I have a deep appreciation for how this hotel is being managed. While it is positioned as a budget-friendly option, the experience has been seamless, professional, and consistently positive. The Highlights Exceptional Staff & Atmosphere: The team here consists of "real," friendly down to earth, and incredibly helpful people. It is immediately obvious that the owners and managers care deeply about both the property and their guests. They work tirelessly every day to improve the experience, and that dedication shows. Safety & Professionalism: One of the most impressive aspects of my stay has been how the management handles the environment. They are proactive and appropriate in ensuring the quality of the tenant base is maintained, creating a secure atmosphere where I felt completely safe throughout my stay. Cleanliness & Comfort: I’ve stayed in two different rooms so far, and both were impressively clean and well-maintained. In a month of staying here, I have had zero issues or technical problems. Prime Location: The location is a major plus. For those of us who prioritize fitness or staying active, the surrounding streets are highly walkable, making it effortless to get your daily steps in and explore the area. lot's of food options close by and walmart is a quick 15 minute walk. The Verdict From a professional perspective, I see immense potential here. This is a business on a clear upward trajectory, and the "good team" they have in place is moving everything in the right direction. Future Growth & Potential As someone who looks at property through an investment lens, I see a fantastic trajectory here. To further elevate the guest experience and build secondary revenue, there are a few "low-hanging fruit" opportunities for the future if they wanted to go up a star: Amenity Hub: Converting a room near reception into a coin-operated laundry room would be a massive draw for long-term guests. Revenue Streams: Adding vending machines or a coffee station within that laundry area creates easy, passive income. Room Essentials: Small, inexpensive additions—like electric kettles and portable clothes racks with hangers—provide high perceived value for guests at a very low acquisition cost. A Personal Note of Thanks I want to personally thank Sonny, the owner, for being so accommodating and extending my stay while I finalize my property transitions. I also want to give a special mention to Kim, who is doing an exceptional job managing the staff and keeping the entire place ticking along so nicely. You are both greatly appreciated. I would be happy to let my own mother stay here and would certainly come back again in the future. I see a lot of potential for this place, and with its current trajectory, it is only going to get better and better.

So far since I was last here there was a whole different staff and management team, it was horrible 1-2stars worthy. Ever since the new management came in things have changed alot. They have way friendlier staff now, rooms have upgraded security locks so it's more secure and quiet, they even have spotless rooms and no rodents! I will 100% recommend this place to all people i meet looking for hotels.
