I book online and normally don't have any problems with the room. Management is friendly. I'm rating 4 stars because the room the manager assigned to me seemed to be under construction or in stages of remodeling or needed remodeling. Other than that I didn't have any complaints about the room. The bed was nice and soft. The TV works. The refrigerator works. There is no hanging area for your hanging clothes so I was using the ironing board hooks. P.S. Do understand I have stayed at that location one other time and the room I received was excellent. It had a hanging space for my clothes. I brought my own hangers. Just this time the room wasn't up to par with what I expected in the past.
