⭐ 1/5 — WARNING: INSPECT YOUR ROOM AND EXPECT NOISE My stay at Elite Inn in South Holland, Illinois was disappointing because of the limited room amenities and repeated disturbances. Guests should inspect the TV, shower, and plumbing immediately after arrival and report any problems. The TV in my room had only analog channels, while other rooms reportedly have smart TVs and cable. I have also experienced plumbing issues during a previous stay. The biggest problem was the lack of peace and quiet. A car alarm repeatedly went off in the parking lot for about 30 minutes early in the morning. When I called the front desk around 6:50 AM, the response was dismissive: “They’re fixing on a car. They’ll be gone in a minute.” Housekeeping then knocked on my door twice before the 11:00 AM checkout time, disturbing my rest again. After already being awakened by the alarm, I requested an additional 30 minutes, but the morning-shift clerk only repeated that checkout was at 11:00 and offered no accommodation, such as extra time or a later cleaning schedule. Because of the poor TV service, early-morning noise, dismissive response, housekeeping interruptions, and lack of consideration from staff, I cannot recommend this hotel. I believe management should compensate me for this stay. beef. After checkout, I spoke with the owner and he resolved the issue.
