The ladies at the front desk were exceptionally accommodating and very pleasant to engage with b and get everything in order and taking care off. Mrs.Shonda went out of her way to help get the payment straightening out due to system issues when trying to pay online. She was still willing to do what she could to accommodate the coupons that we were going to be using online. Even though the system was giving issues when trying to pay and Even despite having to end up paying cash. Everything worked out and I’m so very grateful for having someone like her to work with as a customer and pet owner in which she was very friendly to my dog and made sure he had what he needed as well so he was comfy and had what he needed as well. You guys are very blessed to have her on staff and anyone that has the pleasure in dealing Mrs. Shonda will not be dissatisfied.
My Husband and I have been here for 6 months and hands down this place is the best hotel we have stayed at it's cheap and clean and has stores close by and the staff are very friendly and helpful especially Keisha and Mike and Monica. They have been very helpful since we got to the motel and if we need anything they help. I highly recommend this place. Also it has been very peaceful and quiet without Sharon here
