I recently stayed at Hotel Bien Venido in Pearsall, and it was a surprisingly good experience. For the price, this place delivers more than you’d expect. The staff were friendly and helpful. Not just “here’s your key” kind of helpful—they actually cared that everything was decent. Rooms are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The bed was better than I anticipated. The location is convenient—off I-35 so easy on and off the highway, which is great for travelers. Amenities are solid: air conditioning worked well (important down here), WiFi was reliable enough to get some work done, and everything felt safe. Price-to-value ratio is good. You’re paying reasonable rates, and what you get in return feels fair, not cheap.
Place is right off the interstate. There's a Petro truck stop and convenient store on the same lot. Place is a little outdated but nice for the price which is cheap. Place has an outdoor pool with BBQ Grills and patio but chairs need to be replaced. Beds are comfortable and they have direct tv
