My room experience is based on my regular room. Never have roaches, and the normal is quiet. The air works well and the bed is comfortable. Never felt worried or threatened, and I'm neither armed nor imposing. As for crime: don't leave things all day or all night in an open vehicle; but that's everywhere. Otherwise there's nothing really going on unless you are trying to be involved in something. But be aware this is a discount motel, and you get what you pay for. To me it is the safest discount motel on this side of the city and for the whole five miles of Victory Dr. I wouldnt stay on Victory closer to town.
