If you are from here then u know the deal-maybe if you are here for Childrens Hospital u find somewhere else, but Nicole at the front desk weekend evenings was wonderful and helpful. Sure the place is super old but look at the price and remember that you get what u pay for. For $60 (including tax) this is a great place to crash for a ballgame or concert. Kudos to Nicole for having customer service too.
Front desk attendant Will has made my transitioning experience, moving to Phoenix such an exceptional one. He goes above and beyond the call of duty every time he’s been needed and honestly such a joy to interact with daily. I feel safer knowing he’s on the clock most nights and he’s so professional it’s almost annoying he doesn’t flirt back. Thank you, Will. The property as a whole is lucky to have you!! M.Reyes
