We had stunning views from our room, and the space was incredibly comfortable with a fantastic layout and a spacious, spotless bathroom. It was easy to adjust the room temperature, and they even provided extra radiators for added warmth during our December stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always eager to assist. To top it off, we received a complimentary room upgrade since we were celebrating a birthday, and they thoughtfully arranged balloons, a banner, and a cake at our request. The hotel restaurant was impeccably clean and well-organized. Finding parking was a breeze, with convenient spaces located right beneath the hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the shopping centers, winter market, and the castle. Our weekend here was absolutely delightful, and I would not hesitate to book another stay at this hotel!
The spa amenities were fantastic, and the room was quite spacious. I didn't have any trouble hearing noise from other rooms, even with an event happening on Saturday night. Having both a shower and a bathtub was a nice touch! The view from the window was lovely, and the nearby sockets were super convenient. The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the local attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. There were plenty of lifts to take us to all the floors, and having parking available on-site was a real bonus. The steam room and sauna were wonderfully hot, and the swimming pool was delightful!
