An amazing location right next to all the shops, the hotel was ideal with spacious and clean rooms. The breakfast was fantastic, offering high-quality food with plenty of options, and the spa was excellent. I would like to extend a big thank you to Rizq at reception, who welcomed us warmly and was always ready to assist with anything we needed. He is truly a valuable asset to the hotel. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and will be booking here again!
The hotel was very lovely, but there was a significant disappointment as the spa, including the pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna, was closed for maintenance. This was not mentioned at the time of booking, and no compensation was offered. During my stay, I repeatedly asked about when the facilities would be reopening, explaining that I had travelled for four hours and specifically chosen this hotel for the spa. Unfortunately, it seemed that none of the staff showed much interest.
