At first I thought it was the remote. A very helpful person at the front desk brought another one. It seemed to work, the red light came on, but I couldn’t get anything to work on the television. I got tired of messing with it & gave up. I informed the front desk when I checked out. We’ve stayed quite a few times in the last few years with no problems.
