The refrigerator temperature was warm however they did say we could switch rooms but we had so much stuff with us that we didn't want the hassle

While this hotel chain doesn't aim for a luxury experience, it offers a clean environment and features a very friendly and accommodating staff, which made our stay enjoyable overall. My sole issue was the discomfort of the bed and the excessive noise from the frame, making it difficult for my fiancé and me to get a restful night’s sleep, especially since he tends to move around a lot at night.
