Stayed for fall Rod Run. I would add more stars if I could. The staff at this hotel was amazing. Yes it’s an older hotel so no there aren’t any big bells or whistles and the bed was a bit more firm then what I prefer but that’s something everyone has their own opinion on and a hotel can’t accommodate everyones bed preference. But our room was clean and spacious. While we were there the elevator was down due to a storm from a few weeks ago but the staff was very helpful in helping us take our luggage upstairs. I could not have asked for a better more friendly experience.
My own personal experience, I would stay there if I had to I had no problems with management. They were super nice. They were short on help. They didn’t have any housekeepers which does not bother me because I personally don’t ask for housekeeping I take my trash out daily and I clean my room when I leave. Location is great walkable to the old Mill shops walkable to the trolley station cute little river spot
