Overall a great deal and good place to stay. After reading some reviews, i was hesitant to stay here, but I am glad I did! The hotel and rooms are a little dated, but it is clean and cozy. The location is good, as it is right off of the main strip and easily accessible. The front desk people are so friendly, and asked each time I interacted with them if there was anything additional we needed, making sure we were comfortable and happy. Checkin and checkout was very easy and pleasant. The rooms, beds, and bathroom were all clean and comfortable. My fiancé fought with the pillows all night, as they are the "fluffy but flat" pillows, but what hotel has good pillows? 🤣 This hotel isn't the best, but it is very okay for the price and location. Overall, I would stay here again.
We stayed for a total of 3 nights and we had a blast!!! It's located right on the Parkway so it's minutes away from Dollywood, The Island, and so many arcade parks and tasty treat Shoppes. The West Fork of the Little Pigeon River runs right behind the hotel and provides a peaceful setting. The pool is also terrific and it's open until 10:30pm which is awesome. Rooms are clean and updated, and the staff is awesome! Under new management and the new manager is great. He answered all of our questions and asked if there was anything he could do to make our stay even better, we told him it's already perfect! If you're looking for a quiet place to lodge that's minutes away from everything in Sevierville, you've found your spot.
