The front desk clerk was not very nice and courteous. Just going through the motions.

I had the chance to stay in a couple of different rooms during my visit, and while I found the atmosphere cozy, I did notice that the main areas in all of them seemed a bit dim. It was nice to have bright lighting in the bathrooms, but I would have loved a bit more illumination in the main living spaces.
