The male staff were respectful and friendly, demonstrating a good understanding of their customers' needs. However, my room was quite noisy due to its proximity to the lobby, and I was disappointed to learn that I had to pay an additional $60 deposit despite having already paid online.

Second time I've stayed here now far away from home. Caitlin and Laura are the friendliest staff, professional and welcoming! The hotel rooms were clean and very peaceful allowing me to get the R&R I really needed. I overslept way past my checkout time but I wasn't rushed and got a chance to collect my belongings. I went to the front desk to thank them and they were both so nice. What a pleasant experience! I'll be back for sure.
