The heat and TV not working and ended up in room 216, with everything working well. Edgar went above and beyond to find a room with the heat and TV working well. I'd like to request this survey be used for any raises or promotions he might receive. He was outanding and should be commended.

My room was paid in full from a friend since we are homeless and when we went to check in, the staff wanted a drivers license from my friend that paid for it. He lives out of town. They gave us the run around until we got a hold of my friend.
