Customer service was a great! Miah was especially friendly, helpful, and provided prompt service, which made the experience great. My only complaint would be that towels weren’t readily available in the room and had to be requested at the front desk, and the bathtub was not clean and still had hair on the tub. Other than that, I would stay here again.

Staying at Studio 6 San Marcos was overall a good experience! Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a lot of maintenance that needs to be done on the hotel, and in the rooms, but overall, it was a decent experience. Oscar, along with all the hotel staff helped me out a lot with the questions and services that I requested.
