Requested a ground floor non smoking, I pre-paid the room and with a late arrival from airport I was not given a nonsmoking room the only way I could receive a ground floor room was to take a smoking room and since I cannot do stairs was stuck. Room was clean, staff was pleasant it was just very disappointing to have to take a smoking room which was very smoky smelling. Otherwise than that issue I liked the location.

Would like to have a police officer there after 9 so people can stop playing there loud music or even yelling some one name at night
