Requested a ground floor non smoking, I pre-paid the room and with a late arrival from airport I was not given a nonsmoking room the only way I could receive a ground floor room was to take a smoking room and since I cannot do stairs was stuck. Room was clean, staff was pleasant it was just very disappointing to have to take a smoking room which was very smoky smelling. Otherwise than that issue I liked the location.

I've had a chance to stay here a couple of times and the rooms are always clean! The front desk staff are so friendly and accommodating! Check in is seamless and it's just all around a great place to stay! Will definitely be back! Appreciate your hospitality!
