The initial room I was assigned had not been cleaned after the previous guest, with unmade beds, a full trash can, and dirty cups left on the dresser. However, the staff promptly provided me with a different room and offered an apology. In the second room, the TV was not functioning, but an employee came to reset it and had a positive attitude throughout the process.
