The room we were in the AC wasn't working but everything else worked fine.

This hotel is fantastic, with a very friendly staff. While it can get a little noisy at times, I understand that complete silence isn’t realistic. The location is excellent, offering plenty of attractions and a great variety of restaurants. It feels like a safer alternative to Schaumburg, without the worry of traffic dangers. I've stayed here multiple times and have always had a pleasant experience.
