Stayed here twice in a month for 2 events at the Lamar Dixon. Perfect location, very clean room, friendly and attentive staff. Definitely a no frills hotel, however you have everything you need (minus hair dryer - pack one because I forgot to). Comfortable bed, clean laundry room and we also had the kitchenette room. It came with pots, bowls, plates silverware, strainer, coffee pot and toaster. Perfect for what we needed. Absolutely will stay here again.

Rooms were clean. The only thing I would suggest is shampoo to go with the soap provided. And dish soap and sponge to wash dishes if you need to wash dishes while staying.
