Honestly prior to staying here I heard a lot of bad things about the place and the business associated around it but Kristine at the front desk was a true gem and really helpful we had some issues with our bathroom and we're moved into another room immediately and even upgraded for the inconvenience and the location for somebody who's new to the area is great it's convenient close to Safeway close to the park and ride and close to local restaurants. Never had any real serious issue.
One of the only hotels that doesn't charge a deposit. All the staff are friendly and nice and do their best to accommodate everyone. I can understand why this Motel 6 may get a bad rap, but I personally have never had any problems here! Kristina who works the daytime front desk position Tuesday's- Friday's is hands down the best! She looks out for and takes care of all the guests here, and she is as real as they come! She needs a raise!
