It's a little rough and could definitely use some remodeling, Rooms were tolerable but not great. Prices were great. Just stayed for a quick nap on a long trip so I can't say much on the customer service side of it. Extremely quiet, but it is also in Shamrock so that's not too surprising

I made a last-minute reservation at this hotel, and while the neighborhood appeared somewhat neglected, the room was quite spacious and fairly clean. The carpet looked a bit outdated, and there was a lack of shampoo and conditioner, but overall, the room offered good value for the price and met our needs effectively.
