I had a terrific experience with Alex on the phone and later in person getting me set up with a room. I thought the bed, room and bath were just fine for the price. If you want the Hilton experience, you should stay at the Hilton. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Very satisfied and went back for a second night after a day at Mystic Seaport. Thanks to the day and night folks at the front desk.
