The room was much dirtier than expected, with a filthy fridge and toys left in the dresser, which was quite off-putting. There was no remote for the TV, and the bathroom light was out. Additionally, there were only two pillows on the king-sized bed, and the shower was unclean. The cleaning staff definitely needs improvement.

I visit this hotel at least once a month, and as a housekeeper, I can confidently say that the rooms are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff is friendly, especially the man at the front desk, who always greets me with a smile and makes me feel welcome each time I arrive.
