Very decent for a budget motel. Quieter than I expected and my second-floor room had a small balcony, which was appreciated. Staff members are friendly and professional. Rooms are quite spartan in terms of amenities and toiletries, but the AC unit looked pretty new and was flawless. Location is near the freeway and plenty of things to do, which is great, but be prepared for occasional airplane noise since it's in the John Wayne Airport flight path.
what started out to be a nightmare Because of booking issues through a third-party was immediately turned into a positive customer service experience. Nalini is the most caring and understandable clerk I've met in a long time. She went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and after anextremely long day of traveling and conferences I can finally rest. thank you thank you Nalini. Levi Orman Rojas
