Improvement would be Breakfast to go with the coffee they already have. They would make more money by doing this. Because people really don't want to go anywhere to get food. Lots of the time I order online too have it delivered to my room. But over all it is in the right place because there's food restaurants all around the motel and a mall is just walking distance.

The property is well-maintained and the on-site laundry facilities are a plus; my room was tidy and the staff were outstanding, which makes me return frequently. However, the doors let in a lot of noise from outside, especially from the freeway and the wind, so some soundproofing improvements would be beneficial.
