Most of the staff was very cool and humble and made you feel welcomed

The hotel offers a convenient location and spacious rooms, but I encountered some issues during my stay. In the morning, I found a live water bug in the bathtub, and the laundry room and stairwell were not properly cleaned. Additionally, the lobby lacked a runner mat, which made it slippery when it was raining outside.
