Coast was a factor. and location. Only I made a mistake paying cash for 5 days and had to leave a day early and couldn’t get a refund for that day. So lost money he couldn’t get into safe, where a refund could be credited to a card. My loss I guess wish I knew that earlier.

I like the rate. What could definitely be improved is the refund of the $50 deposit. It takes an average of 4 days to receive the refund. That's unacceptable and inexcusable.
