
Front desk staff are wonderful, always smiling. I stay here frequently and honestly receive higher quality customer service than I do at Hyatt Regency, Wyndham or Hilton, and I’m a Wyndham Rewards Platinum member and Hilton Diamond member. They clearly love their jobs and it shows. It would be nice to have a microwave and refrigerator in every room, this is the one thing I would suggest improving.

I like the rate. What could definitely be improved is the refund of the $50 deposit. It takes an average of 4 days to receive the refund. That's unacceptable and inexcusable.
