Housekeeping can be improved but the staff and everyone was friendly. I like that fact that they are giving people a place to stay that are in need

There is no outside noise issues, like trains, truck traffics, industrial manufacturing, etc. Other residents were all mannerly & kind. Nobody was in the market for any business other than their own. All in all, dern good place ta stay. Since I have to [required] state something could be improved is the Alarm clock's alarm noise is about as loud as a hummingbird fart through a down filled pillow. Aeite then!
