Sandra was fantastic. Admittedly I was a little short and rude upon arrival and she could have given me a cross word or 2 deservingly, but she empathized and helped get me in the right mind set. Enthusiastic and happy, I couldn't have had a better experience. The TV didnt work in the room though.

I had a bad experience checking in with Maria she explained the deposit in a scary way that made me second guess if I wanted to stay here or not but the other morning person explained it better so a manger needs to talk to her about that or she might run away good customers
