Booking.com allowed me to reserve a room here and when I arrived the owner showed me they had already been booked for over a week. The owner went out of his way to help me get a refund from booking.com then was able to move things around and got me in a room that is dedicated as a back up room. They could have turned me away, but instead did everything they could to help me out. The owner is super cool and I would stay there again any time I go to Bellingham. Thanks again for all the help
We had a great experience staying here. The new owner was very welcoming and provided excellent service from the moment we arrived. He took the time to show us where all of the amenities were and made it clear that if we needed anything during our stay, we could simply ask. His hospitality and willingness to help made us feel comfortable and appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this motel to anyone looking for friendly service and a pleasant stay.
